For Us in Couples Therapy

Love shouldn't feel like a second job. If you two are caught in the same loop, arguing about the laundry (when it’s never actually about the laundry), or just feeling like roommates who share a Netflix password, we can fix that. Let's build a communication style that doesn't rely on mind-reading.

For Us Coping with Infertility

Infertility can deeply strain a relationship, turning it into a logistical spreadsheet, amplifying differing grief styles, or causing social isolation. When your relationship shifts from 'us against the world' to 'us tracking cycles, timing intimacy, and managing clinic appointments,' it's okay to admit you're exhausted. Let's find your way back to being a team, not just co-workers in a fertility journey.

For You in Individual Therapy

You’re doing great on paper, but your brain has 47 tabs open and three of them are frozen. You’re dealing with burnout, boundary setting, or just trying to break free from old patterns that don't serve you anymore. Let’s clean out the mental clutter so you can actually enjoy your life.

What it’s like to work with me

I practice therapy in a cozy, comfortable space to help you feel safe. I love connecting with my clients authentically, and in ways that are most meaningful to them. Humor is one of my favorite ways! Therapy doesn’t always have to feel stuffy. I always tell my clients about my “judgement free zone” so that they know I am there with them, and I accept everything about them with empathy and understanding. I will challenge you to do the work, but my commitment to you is that I will always bring you back to safety before you leave my office.

When I am not in the office, I love to spend time with my kids, my husband, and our two dogs. I am a huge Disney fan, and I always have a little bit of it with me wherever I go!

MY GUIDING PRINCIPLES

The Vibe

You don’t have to code-switch, filter your language, or apologize for being a mess here. Therapy with me feels like a collaborative, low-pressure dialogue—not an interrogation where I sit in silence scribbling on a clipboard. Wear your sweatpants, bring your iced coffee, and swear if you need to. Come exactly as you are, because masked people can’t do real healing.

Curiosity

When relationships get strained, it is incredibly easy to assume your partner's reactions are a direct attack on you. We use curiosity to pause the assumptions. By getting curious about the hidden pain, fear, or exhaustion driving each other's behaviors, we dismantle the blame loops and rebuild a sense of safety.

Repair

Every single couple disconnects, miscommunicates, and fights. The goal isn't to be a flawless, conflict-free robot team; the goal is to master the art of the repair. We focus on how to circle back, own your part, de-escalate the tension, and heal the rift before it turns into long-term resentment.

Transparency

We build a culture of radical honesty inside your relationship—creating a safe space where you can both say the hard things out loud, admit when your capacity is at zero, and ask for exactly what you need without feeling guilty.

TRAINING & EDUCATION

Behind the conversational vibe and the no-judgment space is a solid foundation of rigorous academic training, clinical licensure, and continuous, ongoing education in evidence-based modalities. I do the heavy lifting with the clinical research so that when you step into my room, you can just focus on being human.
